Question 1

Contractor vs hiring full-time?

Accepted Answer

I work B2B as a contractor with defined scope — you get senior Unreal, Unity, and AI capacity without long-term headcount. Ideal for milestones, pipeline audits, or bridge periods.

Question 2

Do you offer Unreal Engine consulting and custom tools?

Accepted Answer

Yes. GDRS builds Unreal editor tools, Python automation, and production pipeline fixes that remove manual work from studio weeks — from prototyping through co-dev at scale.

Question 3

Can you help with Unity architecture and performance?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Engagements cover Unity architecture redesign, onboarding unblocks, VR/XR systems, and performance work that ships to production — not throwaway prototypes.

Question 4

Do you integrate ML/AI into game production?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We turn vague AI goals into shipped features — local or cloud — with milestones your team can track, including tooling, automation, and production deployment.

Question 5

Remote and time zones?

Accepted Answer

Based in Thessaloniki, Greece (EET). I work with EU and US game studios daily — async updates plus overlap windows for calls.

Question 6

Commercial terms?

Accepted Answer

Milestone-based or day-rate engagements invoiced through GDRS Studios. Terms agreed in writing before work starts. Typical reply within 48 hours.

Question 7

NDAs and confidentiality?

Accepted Answer

Standard for game and application work. Happy to work under your NDA; many Devoted Studios engagements are confidential by nature.

Question 8

Are you open to employment roles?

Accepted Answer

No — I work directly with clients on a project and contracting basis only.
